You just had to look, didn't you?
While you're here, I'll give a quick update. I moved my exercises from mornings to nights because it's easier. And I’ve been going every day (except Sunday) and have been much happier with the arrangement.
I am starting to see my weight go down. I have found an eating regimen I am happy with, and am keeping my calories at a healthy, weight-loss level.
I’ll keep you updated. Check out my side bar for my progress!
Hi Boston,
ReplyDeleteHow often are you drinking the green smoothies?
What is your typical eating schedule?
I drink green smoothies at least every morning for breakfast, and sometimes for other meals, depending on how I feel. I also eat a lot of salads and try to get some good proteins in (grilled chicken, fish, etc.).
ReplyDeleteMy typical eating schedule is:
1. Breakfast (about 300-400 calories)
2. Mid-morning snack (100 calories)
3. Lunch (about 300-400 calories)
4. Mid-afternoon snack (100 calories)
5. Dinner (about 400-500 calories)
I try to eat every 2-3 hours, to make sure my metabolism has something to do throughout the day, and keeps working. I also try to keep my total daily calorie intake between 1200-1400 calories or so, making sure to split it up pretty evenly.
Your questions are very good, and I'll probably write a blog post about them soon. Thanks!
