Just wanted to share a quick update! This past week I reached one of my goals: get under 200 pounds. So far this year I've lost 11.4 pounds. That's around three pounds a week! I should definitely reach my goals.
I don't know if I've shared my updated goals yet, so here it goes. Feel free to check up on me and ask me how I'm doing when you see me or talk with me. It's extremely helpful to have people to be accountable to.
Weight Loss Goals:
Starting Weight: 207 lbs
Starting Fat Percentage: ~24% body fat
Goal Weight: ~165 lbs
Goal Fat Percentage: 8-10% body fat
Goal Date: April 30, 2012 (my birthday)
Weight Gain Goals (after losing fat, I'd like to put on muscle):
Starting Weight: ~165 lbs
Maintain: 8-10% body fat
Goal Weight (with muscle): 175-180 lbs
Goal Date: December 31, 2012
